Immersed in the performing arts from a very young age, Maxwell’s motivation to pursue his inherited interest in music developed throughout his childhood.
As a Music Scholar at Warwick School, Maxwell studied conducting and was given the opportunity to develop his own rehearsal techniques, working with a diverse range of ensembles. Alongside his musical training at Warwick School, Maxwell began to study voice under Stuart Smith and was increasingly in demand to perform. Early work with companies including the Royal Shakespeare Company, the BBC and Japan Productions gave Maxwell the professional grounding required to pursue a career in the performing arts. He was soon appointed to sing with the Choir of St Martin-in-the-Fields.

With his primary passion for musical direction and vocal coaching, Maxwell was appointed as Musical Director for a production of Crazy for You at the Bloomsbury Theatre and started coaching at some of London’s leading performing arts schools including the Sylvia Young Theatre School - best known for training Amy Winehouse, Rita Ora, Dua Lipa, Jasmine Thompson, Nathan Sykes - The Wanted, Jake Roche - Rixton and Emma Bunton - The Spice Girls. He has prepared contestants for both The X-Factor (UK) and Britain’s Got Talent and was recently invited to be the UK judge at the International Art & Fashion competition in Moscow.
In 2015, Maxwell relocated to Los Angeles to coach and develop artists for major record labels including Warner Bros. Records and Universal Music Group and prepare artists to be presented to the music industry.
Ani Kresse has over 12 years’ experience coaching artists of all ages and abilities in Vienna, Berlin and Los Angeles. She trained at The University of Music and Performing Arts in Vienna and with highly esteemed LA vocal coach Dot Todman. In addition to her high level of technical expertise, she focuses on the psychological process of preparing the body, mind and soul for the best possible vocal performance. She has recently joined our team as a coach to offer vocal coaching and songwriting support.
Ben Rehavia
Vocal Coach & Content Producer

Ben Rehavia is a multi-talented musician, songwriter and vocalist with excellent knowledge of vocal and performance techniques. He relocated to Los Angeles from Israel in 2015 where he had achieved outstanding success as a singer songwriter, most notably on the Israeli TV Show 'The Band Project'.

Since then, he has been songwriting, performing and producing on his own music projects and in collaboration with other artists.
